If you have the issue again where it won't start and spits fuel out of the collector - unhook the wire terminals on the top of both injectors and crank the motor until it starts for a second and stalls. A heated O2 sensor can run with the O2 sensor located in the header collector, but there has to be more of an exhaust system bolted to the collector otherwise the O2 sensor will not read the exhaust stream correctly.
